Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Isabelle Sophia Costa, a missing 16-year-old.
Costa was last seen on Sunday, June 29, 2025, at approximately 10 a.m., near the 700 block of College Parkway in Rockville. She is 5-feet, 2-inches tall, 117 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white tank top and green shorts…
