WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A man in his late 40s was killed in a shooting early Sunday morning in D.C., police said. This is yet another fatal incident in a series of violent scenes across the District over the Fourth of July weekend.
Around 1:20 a.m. on Sunday, July 6, D.C. police responded to gunshots in the back of an apartment complex in the 1100 block of 3rd Street, Southwest. Officers found a man with gunshot wounds.
