WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. Fire and Emergency Medical Services Department (DC FEMS) is facing a lawsuit filed by seventeen firefighters alleging religious and disability discrimination.
The lawsuit comes after the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued a Notice of Right to Sue.
