‘My superhero’: Family mourns father killed in Oxon Hill hit-and-run

A man died after he was hit by a car in Oxon Hill and the driver took off, leaving a family heartbroken and looking for answers.

Earl Parker Jr. was the victim, Prince George’s County police said. He was 45 and lived in D.C. He was a hardworking father and dedicated family man, his daughter said.
