WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A Special Police Officer (SPO) admitted in court Tuesday that she violated an arrestee’s rights while assigned to a Northeast D.C. McDonald’s two years ago.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) said Brigette O. Robertson could face up to one year in prison after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor count of violating constitutional rights.
