A 1-year-old girl shot in Southeast D.C. Monday evening is breathing with the help of a tube and needs multiple surgeries.
Three people drove by and opened fire near where the toddler, A’Zouri, was sitting outside on Yuma Street SE, police said. Two bullets hit her back and arm, tearing through an artery.
A’Zouri is in the hospital in critical condition…
