GREENBELT, Md. (DC News Now) — An 18-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after a shooting broke out in Greenbelt late Tuesday night, according to police.
Details are limited; however, the Greenbelt Police Department said officers responded to the 9100 block of Edmonston Court around 10 p.m. on July 22, for a shooting involving the teenager.

Police noted that the 18-year-old man was taken to the hospital before officers arrived at the scene. As of Tuesday night, he was in critical but stable condition.
