WASHINGTON (7News) — Only on 7News, a surveillance camera video shows the moment when a driver sped through a Northeast D.C. block, hitting more than a dozen cars on Saturday morning — before they doubled back and did it again.
7News obtained the exclusive surveillance video that shows the carnage left behind.
It happened on 5th Street near the Trader Joe’s in NoMa. Neighbors told 7News that a driver was doing donuts in this intersection before speeding down 5th Street, ping-ponging off multiple vehicles before coming to a crashing stop at the end…
