SILVER SPRING, MD — The Montgomery County Department of Police has announced that 77-year-old Nathaniel Bettis, who was the subject of a recent Silver Alert, has been safely located and is now back home.
The alert was issued after Bettis was reported missing from Silver Spring on Wednesday, prompting immediate concern due to his age and potential vulnerability. Thankfully, the alert was canceled shortly after his safe return was confirmed.
