Court docs: Driver likely intoxicated as he sped down NE DC street, damaging 14 cars

WASHINGTON (7News) — New information was provided on Monday in an early Sunday morning incident where police said a D.C. man they believe was intoxicated, rammed vehicles on purpose and damaged 14 of them on 5th Street, Northeast.

A police account in court documents reports an officer was called to the 1100 block of 5th Street, Northeast, at around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning, for a report that a driver of a red Subaru WRX allegedly rammed cars on purpose.
