WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Some neighbors in the District feel under attack — not just by crime, but also rats.
Families who live in the Bloomingdale neighborhood in Northwest Washington said at a Tuesday evening public safety walk that tons of trash are leading to rodent infestations, and they called on city leaders to do more to address these concerns.
