FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A late 2024 street race between a Lamborghini and a Tesla Cybertruck driver went viral as the two vehicles sped down a street in Fairfax County, garnering the attention of Elon Musk.
Now both drivers have been convicted, and a county court on Thursday sentenced the driver of the Lamborghini, Carlos Montero of Sterling, to 90 days in jail with all but five days suspended, according to the Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney.
