Police seek driver after pedestrian struck, killed in Prince George’s County

PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Prince George’s County police are searching for a vehicle that was involved in a deadly hit-and-run in the Camp Springs area Friday morning.

According to the Prince George’s County Police Department (PGPD), the crash happened in the area of Branch Avenue and Auth Road around 3:30 a.m. on Aug. 1.

When officers arrived, they found an unresponsive man lying in the road. He died at the scene.
