PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Bladensburg police are asking for the community’s help in locating a missing 76-year-old man who they say may be experiencing the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease.
In a post on the X platform on Aug. 1, the Bladensburg Police Department said a Silver Alert was issued for Hodges Curtis Jr., who was last seen in the 5800 block of Annapolis Road in Bladensburg about a week ago.
Police described Curtis as around 6 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. It is unclear what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance, but police noted that he may be suffering from the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s.
