WASHINGTON (7News) — Two victims had headphones ripped off their heads by a teenager in Northeast DC Friday afternoon, police said.
A teen snatched headphones off a victim’s head on Friday at the 100 block of N Street, Northwest, around 2:25 p.m. according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
