VIENNA, Va. (7News) — Vienna police are searching for a man who reportedly pulled a woman’s windshield wiper blade and scratched her car’s paint after he got into an altercation with her while driving.
Police said it happened around 5:46 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 6 on Lawyers Road as she was turning onto Upham Place in Vienna.
According to police, the other driver made a U-turn, began following her, sped past her, stopped his car, and accosted her. That is when, police said, the suspect pulled her driver’s side wiper blade, damaging it and chipping her car’s paint job…
