WASHINGTON (7News) — Fifteen properties in Washington, D.C., are being targeted by the D.C. Department of Buildings (DOB) for 486 housing violations and $546,606 in fines.
The 7News I-Team has learned the apartment buildings are associated with Rashid Salem and Petra Development.
