WASHINGTON (7News) — Roughly 1,000 smoke alarms were donated to the D.C. Fire and EMS Department earlier this week, which the agency said will be provided to residents across the city.
The donation from the International Association of Black Firefighters is an effort to support D.C. Fire’s “All-Hands On” prevention program.
