WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A Washington, D.C. man was sentenced Tuesday in connection with an incident last year, during which he crashed a stolen car into a parked vehicle, threw away a loaded gun and punched a police officer in the face as he fled.
Lamar Redfield, 34, had previously been convicted on narcotics and firearms offenses out of Arlington, Va., during the time of the incident, the U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) noted.
