WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A 21-year-old D.C. man is facing more than a decade in prison after he pleaded guilty to two separate shootings that left two people dead in 2020.
U.S Attorney Jeanine Pirro announced Monday that Michael Mason pleaded guilty on Sept. 5 to two charges of second-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Brea Moon, 21, and Antwuan Roach, 18.
According to government evidence, on April 7, 2020, Mason was riding in a stolen white car that pulled into a BP gas station on Alabama Avenue SE around 10:30 p.m. Minutes later, a gray car arrived at the same gas station with Moon in the passenger seat.
