Family seeks answers after woman killed in Northeast DC hit and run

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A family is grieving after 40-year-old Angela Boston was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash in Northeast D.C.

Police say the incident happened just after 9 p.m. on September 6 along Eastern Avenue. Investigators say that Boston was hit by a black SUV with tinted windows. The driver kept going, leaving Boston injured. She was taken to the hospital, where she died.
