WASHINGTON — One person is seriously injured after a fire at the Knox Hill Senior Apartments.
DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the fire late Friday morning. When they arrived to the building on the 2700 block of Jasper Street Southeast, they found fire showing from the roof from a third floor apartment.
One person was brought to a nearby hospital with serious injuries, according to spokesperson Daryl Levine. Another adult was also brought to the hospital for evaluation. The ages or identities of neither person has been released…
