WASHINGTON (7News) — A female pedestrian was struck and killed by a motorist Friday morning in Northwest Washington, police said.
According to police, officers were called to the intersection of 13th Street and Harvard Street in the Columbia Heights neighborhood around 8:48 a.m.
That is where officers found 61-year-old Rosa Cabezas of Southeast, D.C., who was not breathing. Police said she had been struck by a Toyota Rav4 making a right turn from Harvard Street onto 13th Street. The driver of the Rav4 remained on the scene, police said…
