HYATTSVILLE, Md. (DC News Now) — A now-viral video of two ICE officers arresting a man in Hyattsville is sending shockwaves throughout the neighborhood.
The video captured by Raphael Talisman shows, at one point, an ICE officer pointing his weapon toward bystanders.

Neighbors who live in the area said there is a cloud of fear hanging over the community.
