Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 4th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 40-year-old Phylecia Alexis Smith, who has been reported missing.
Smith was last seen on Monday, September 18, 2025, near Georgian Woods Place in Silver Spring. She is described as being 5-feet, 4-inches tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with very short black/brown hair and brown eyes. Her clothing at the time she was last seen is unknown.
