2 killed after vehicle strikes overpass on GW Parkway in Arlington, police say

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police are working to learn more details after a Sunday afternoon crash left two people dead on the George Washington Parkway in Arlington.

Around 2 p.m., on Oct. 5, officers responded to the ramp from southbound of Washington Boulevard to southbound George Washington Parkway, U.S. Park Police said. A vehicle reportedly left the roadway and struck the overpass.

Delays expected after vehicle crash near Dulles airport in Loudoun County

Two people inside the vehicle were pronounced dead. Their names have not yet been released as of Monday.
