WASHINGTON (7News) — A newborn baby was found dead outside a grocery store on Sunday morning in Northeast, D.C., and several questions remain.
It happened near the Safeway off Benning Road and 40th Street. Metropolitan Police officers said when they responded that morning, they found the newborn unresponsive.
