FORT WASHINGTON, Md. (DC News Now) — The government shutdown is set to stretch into week four, and while lawmakers can’t find a compromise, many in the DMV have been finding ways to support impacted federal workers.
The Ebenezer AME church in Fort Washington, on Thursday, handed out 300 grocery gift cards to furloughed federal workers.
