A 66-year-old man is facing charges after crashing into a children’s birthday party in Maryland, killing one and injuring more than a dozen, authorities announced.
On Monday, Oct. 20, the Bladensburg Police Department announced that DC resident Sunday Joseph was taken into custody following the deadly incident that marred a 6-year-old’s celebration.
