WASHINGTON (7News) — Charging documents reveal new details of the car crash that hit a birthday party tent in Bladensburg, Md., leaving one dead and several injured.
Prince George’s County Police Officer Tanksley was patrolling near Annapolis Rd and 55th Ave when he was flagged down by multiple people. He discovered a vehicle had crashed into a large party tent at 4100 55th Ave, trapping victims underneath. Officers and the Prince George’s County Fire Department provided aid, transporting 14 victims, including eight children, to the hospital.
