Montgomery County Police arrested 33-year-old Deondray Darnell Osborne of Silver Spring in connection with a July 20 attempted first-degree murder on 16th Street.
Osborne was taken into custody on October 21 after officers tracked a stolen BMW he was driving from Washington, D.C. into Montgomery County. He is currently being held without bond.
