MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The mother of a middle school student said her son was in a pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) Thursday after an incident involving another student left him with brain injuries.
The mother said the injury came during Physical Education (PE) class Wednesday at Odessa Shannon Middle School in Silver Spring.
DC News Now reached out to Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) after contacting the mother.
