Man accused of identity, credit card theft arrested in Fairfax County

SPRINGFIELD, Va. (7News) — A man who had more than 20 outstanding warrants in Virginia for numerous crimes, including identity theft, has been arrested.

Soloman Reed, 30, was caught on Oct. 21 when a Neighborhood Patrol Unit (NPU) in Springfield received a tip on his whereabouts.

The Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD) said Reed had 21 active warrants related to credit card theft, identity theft, narcotics possession, vehicle tampering and hit-and-run cases.

Reed allegedly broke into vehicles, stole credit cards and then used them for fraudulent purchases…
