A 25-year-old Silver Spring man, Jerrell Lee Fullwood, was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree rape and first-degree assault after police said he attacked a woman walking to a bus stop on Medical Center Drive early Friday morning.
According to MCPD, at approximately 5:26 a.m., 6th district officers responded to the 9800 block of Medical Center Drive for the report of a sexual assault.
