Two individuals have been charged in connection with a series of thefts at a Home Depot in Waldorf, Maryland. According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, about $11,000 worth of merchandise was stolen between July and September 2025. Items taken included flooring, lighting, and appliances during five separate incidents.
Authorities state that the suspects used documents to make it appear they were collecting prepaid orders. Darrell Lee Anderson, 63, of Washington, D.C., was arrested on September 9, 2025. Officers observed him at the store and found evidence in his vehicle. Anderson was released on a $2,000 bond the same day.
