WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — For more than three hours, D.C. police officers were involved in a stand-off with a suspect who allegedly shot a man in Southeast.
It all began on Monday, Oct. 27, around 7:45 a.m. in the 4900 block of Ayers Place.
