I was told by the owner as I saw him putting finishing touches on the restaurant yesterday that that protest pizza at 1633 P Street Northwest will be having a soft opening today at 5:00 p.m. and they will be open all weekend with an official grand opening sometime next week.
The space has turned over a lot over the years most recently as the sit down restaurant of vegan DC which is still upstairs. protest pizza looks very cool. The neighborhood has not had pizza by the slice since Hank’s…..
