New Juvenile Curfew Zones Announced in Navy Yard, U Street, Banneker Recreation Center, and Union Station Areas

On October 28, 2025, Chief of Police Pamela A. Smith announced the creation of four Special Juvenile Curfew Zones in Washington, D.C. This action follows Mayor’s Order 2025-115. The zones are located in the Navy Yard, U Street Corridor, Banneker Recreation Center, and Union Station areas. Each zone has defined boundaries.
