DC Water is promoting its DC Water Cares customer assistance programs. These include several Customer Assistance Program (CAP) tiers, which provide discounts on water, sewer, and Clean Rivers Impervious Area Charges.
The SPLASH program offers one-time emergency aid to help prevent service interruptions for those in urgent need. Flexible payment plans are available.
