“A Silver Spring man went to put gas in his car during a round of driving for a food delivery app and decided to try his luck playing scratch-offs. He ended up buying $46 worth, and one was a winner for $100,000.
He got his gas and tickets at the Shell station at 4101 Aspen Hill Road in Rockville.
