The Metropolitan Police Department has arrested 23-year-old Martell West for a fatal shooting in Southeast Washington, DC, in 2023. The shooting happened on November 19, 2023. Officers responded to a report of an unconscious person on the 2300 block of Good Hope Court. They found 18-year-old Treyvon Wilson dead from a gunshot wound.
