WASHINGTON, DC – A 37-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an August shooting at the DC Wharf, where he allegedly fired a gun during an argument with a parking garage attendant before fleeing the scene, police announced Monday.
The incident happened on the night of Friday, August 22, around 9:40 p.m., in the unit block of Parker Row SW.
