$30 million win for residents after unlivable conditions at Marbury Plaza

WASHINGTON (7News) — Residents at a Southeast D.C. apartment complex just received one of the largest settlements in the District’s history.

7News has reported for years on the unlivable, dangerous, and unhealthy conditions, as well as crime, at Marbury Plaza. For years, residents fought alongside the Office of the Attorney General to hold the property owner accountable.
