WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A 16-year-old girl was arrested Thursday in connection with a Northwest D.C. carjacking that resulted in a man being dragged by his car for several blocks, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
Police said on Saturday, June 7, shortly after 7 a.m., a man had pulled over in the 1100 block of Rhode Island Avenue, NW, and exited his car.
There, a suspect had entered the driver’s seat of the man’s car and tried to drive away.
