BOWIE, Md. (7News) — An 18-year-old man faces charges after Bowie police say he robbed a student outside of a high school in October.
Police arrested Koby Allen on Wednesday morning at a home in the 200 block of Harry S. Truman Drive in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.
