DC police search for teenage suspect after robbery: MPD

WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — D.C. police are searching for a suspect who is in their mid-teens after an individual was reportedly robbed on Friday morning.

Around 9:30 a.m., officers were flagged down on N Street, Northwest, after a robbery occurred around an hour prior near the intersection of North Capitol Street and K Street, Northwest.

The victim reported that a teenage boy, around 15-16 years old, took the victim’s property before fleeing the scene on foot. The suspect was last seen traveling northbound on North Capitol Street.
