Suspect arrested after armed carjacking ends in crash on Baltimore-Washington Parkway
WASHINGTON, DC — A man was arrested in connection with an armed carjacking in Northeast after a confrontation on Hayes Street led to the theft of a vehicle that later crashed along the Baltimore-Washington Parkway.
The incident occurred around 8:05 p.m. on Tuesday, November 4, when the victim was seated inside his vehicle in the 3800 block of Hayes Street NE.
