D.C. police said they have arrested and charged a 17-year-old in a shooting that left five people wounded last month at Howard University.
Metropolitan Police took Kaevaughn Dudley into custody on Friday. He is accused of opening fire on a group on the night of Oct. 24 during Howard’s homecoming weekend. Three men, a woman and a 13-year-old boy were wounded.
