The DC Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager, 17-year-old Charles Baylor III, who was last seen last Friday, in the 3700 block of Jamison St. NE. According to a social media post from the department, there has been no contact with Baylor since his disappearance, and concerns for his welfare are growing amongst family and community members.
