The Metropolitan Police Department has arrested Corey Noble, 27, of Southeast, DC. He is accused of a fatal shooting on March 20, 2025, in the 2400 block of Elvans Road, Southeast. The victim was Tre’von Norman, 25, of Waldorf, Maryland.
